Free sports trial on 4.–17.9.2023
To start the spring with the good vibes, we are giving you a chance to try all our sport services for free for two weeks!
We celebrate the new season by inviting all the students and staff in UEF and Savonia and students in HUMAK and Uniarts to exercise with us FOR FREE between 4.9. and 17.9.2023! Our goal is an active, well-being and social university community in Kuopio.
During these two weeks you can try our classes for free. We have classes designed for all kinds of movers, so don’t hesitate to join us. We have taken into account the feedback and wishes from SYKETTÄ movers and therefore for example there will be extra aerial yoga class and water exercise at Kuntolaakso added on Spring sports calendar!
Also on 4.–17.9. there will be SYKETTÄ Appro in which the aim is to collect markings from SYKETTÄ sports events on your passport. By returning the passport you get your very own badge equivalent and you can take part in a raffle – the prices are amazing! Read more here.
Instructions
It’s easy to join us for the free sports weeks. All you have to do is:
1 – Register as a new user here, if you haven’t done it already. It’s free!
2 – Get familiar with SYKETTÄ sports calendar here.
3 – Sign in to the site and enroll for classes via our front pages Sports calendar here. During the free weeks this doesn’t cost anything!
Let’s exercise safely! Remember to follow the instructions for safe exercising always when enetring into Sports Halls or group exercise classes.
What happens after the free sport weeks?
All good things come to an end and so does our free sport weeks. Beginning on Monday 18.9. every mover in SYKETTÄ sport facilities must have a valid SYKETTÄ sticker in their student or staff card or in the mobile app. But don’t worry, SYKETTÄ is inexpensive and easy to use! Please take with you a valid student or staff card. If you haven’t got a card yet, please take you ID card with you. Remember to register as a university sports user on SYKETTÄ webpage before you come to buy the sticker.
